2-Recruit was proudly established in April 2017

The Founders, Gemma and Kerry have worked in recruitment together for over 16 years,

with over 30 years combined commercial experience.

2-Recruit is a recruitment solutions provider, specialising in placing office staff into a range of

 permanent and fixed term positions, across Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. 

The company prides itself on taking the honest consultative approach, 

with both jobseekers and employers.


Gemma and Kerry are extremely passionate about what they do, they gain trust and respect

 and in turn have built many long term business relationships throughout their recruitment careers.

Their work values, professionalism and dedication is uniquely mirrored, 

therefore setting up 2-Recruit was a natural path to enable them 

to continue offering their valued recruitment knowledge, but together as one!


Both Directors will be dedicated to work on each and every position together, 

using their combined expertise to offer you twice the productivity.

A little about us...

Kerry Gardner

Founder & Director

I am a people person who takes time to listen and firmly believe - you should crawl before you can run, and you should

never stop learning.

I will give honest feedback and my full support to assist people achieve their own objectives in their career and

throughout life in general.

I truly believe that if you are fully committed, willing to put in the time and effort and are realistic with your deadlines, you will

achieve your end results.

The most successful learning value to me throughout my career (in-particularly the 19 years within recruitment) is that

one way definitely does not suit all, every person is very different and I believe

that being easy to approach and having the ability to adapt my communication style, have been key attributes to my

own personal career development.

One of my biggest pet hates is poor

customer service - good manners and honesty are absolutely free, yet are the most valuable to any business!

And finally, as I could go on....

I have the firm mind-set that you should always treat people how you would

expect to be treated yourself.

Gemma Catheline

Founder & Director

I am a very honest person, who loves life and believes in working hard to gain success and a good reputation.

I have a great love for recruitment, from learning about a business, how they work and what they do through to working with businesses years down the line, having built great relationships and indeed some amazing friendships along the way.

Having 16 years’ recruitment experience under my belt, there aren’t really

many situations I haven’t come across and faced head on/conquered, including the recession which was hard for employers, job seekers and recruiters.

During my recruitment career I wanted to better my legal knowledge so completed my CIPD Level 3 which has supported me greatly in my role, and with my clients as I became a business advisor as well as a recruiter.

I will always remember my first Manager of 10 years say to my new Manager

“Gemma will always be successful in whatever she chooses to do, she is one of them people who works hard

and makes it happen”.

I am very motivated both professionally and personally and genuinely care about doing a good job and how people perceive me and my work ethic.
