Tech Services Coordinator
Newbury/Theale, Berkshire
£30,000 per annum plus potential bonus
Permanent / Hybrid

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Tech Services Coordinator for one of our forward thinking clients based in Theale, West Berkshire.

​

This position requires a confident communicator who is experienced in organising people and keeping records updated with great accuracy.

​

Duties will include;

  • Being first point of contact for breakdown calls and engineers in the UK&I and Spain.

  • Ensuring all contracts are maintained, renewed and updated on the contract management and in house systems.

  • Receiving and processing orders, queries and complaints via phone and email.

  • Administering all engineer jobs and planning the daily routes for the field engineering team, ensuring customer needs are met in line with SLA's

  • Ensuring loan equipment inventory is kept updated

  • Arrange training courses and assist with audit

 

Experience required;

  • Office administration/sales support/scheduling or similar is compulsory

  • Microsoft Office including Excel

  • Engineer scheduling experience would be highly advantageous

  • Experience of working in a highly regulated industry is desirable

  • Excellent communication and organisation skills are required

Global Financial Reporting Supervisor

Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Financial Reporting Supervisor to oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting standards to contribute to our clients success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income and cash flow statements.

  • Ensure compliance with the UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and other relevant accounting standards.

  • Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements of the Group, across 5 countries.

  • Oversee the consolidation of financial data from various departments and the team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Review and analyse financial reports to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

  • Coordinate with auditors during external audits and facilitate the timely completion of audit procedures.

  • Assist in the development of financial policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks aligned with organisational goals.

  • Stakeholder engagement

 

Experience required

  • Proven leadership experience supervising finance or accounting teams.

  • Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.

  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in financial software packages.

  • Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA are highly desirable.
